Desire WEST INDIES cruise

February 14 - 21, 2026

PREMIUM BEVERAGE PACKAGE INCLUDED

 ADULTS-ONLY, CLOTHING OPTIONAL CRUISE

Desire Cruises usually are in Europe, but this cruise will sail through the beautiful West Indies to ports rarely visited by the larger cruise ships. This cruise is an excellent opportunity to see some of the most beautiful Caribbean islands while sailing with 320 sexy couples.

When you think of beautiful Caribbean islands, the ones you always see in the postcards, with the pure white sandy beaches and palm trees, are the West Indies. This itinerary will be one of our favorites from one idyllic island to another. Typically, Desire Cruises is in Europe, and we spend most of every day on long tours learning about the port’s history and architecture. When we return to the ship, we are always tired. This itinerary has tropical islands where we plan to sit on beaches, snorkel, check out a waterfall or two, and sip rum drinks. With this itinerary, we should have more energy for the nighttime parties (as long as we don’t drink too many rum drinks each day).

Book this cruise early because it will not be available for long. We predict it will sell out faster than any other Desire cruise because it will be a lot easier (and cheaper) to get to from the US.

All Inclusive

The great thing about Desire Cruises is that everything is included. Some charters charge you more for drinks, or they give you the basic drink package; on Desire Cruises, you will get top-shelf drinks and plenty of choices for included restaurants.

Parties and Theme Nights

Every night will be a different erotic theme night with costumes, body paint, and sexy outfits.

This is what we look forward to every night, along with great music from the international DJs they bring aboard.

Clothing-Optional Spaces

This might be the biggest difference between a Desire Cruise and a “regular” cruise ship (that and the fact you can be nude at the pool).

Having play areas set up to explore and expand your horizons is why we keep coming back.

Sexy Entertainment

You won’t see any ordinary shows about a Desire Cruise. The shows are sensual and erotic and you will want to see every show.

You won’t see your grandma’s favorite Broadway show on this ship, and you’ll be happy you came.

 Itinerary and Ports

Day 1 - February 14 - Bridgetown, Barbados

While Barbados is encircled by many gorgeous beaches, it’s also known for much more. From fantastic snorkeling and delicious cuisine to world-class rum and rich culture, there’s something that appeals to every type of traveler while spending time on this gem of an island.

Home to impressive colonial architecture, fantastic museums and a lively shopping scene, Bridgetown is a window to a different side of Barbados. While the coastline of Barbados is one of the most beautiful in the world, this gorgeous Caribbean nation has far more to offer than its beaches.

Barbados is the most easterly island in the Caribbean. One coast is flat with beautiful white sandy beaches and the other side is rocky with dramatic cliffs.

You can tour the oldest rum distillery in the world, shop or simply lie on the beach and enjoy crystal clear, warm waters of the Caribbean.

Day 2 - January 15 - Forte-de-France, Martinique

Sand, sun, surf, and unspoiled mountain terrain—there’s a lot to love about Martinique. This is the ultimate “do as you like” Caribbean island, offering a heady mix of action, adventure, wining and dining, and well-deserved relaxation.

Martinique is truly ''a little bit of France in the Caribbean." It exudes a distinctly French ambiance in the excellence of its cuisine, the style of its population, and the beauty of its language. Yet Martinique has a unique cachet all its own, an endearing West Indian warmth in its personality, a special spice in its music, dance, local dishes, and way of life.

It is also an island rich with contrasts. The northern part of Martinique features a dense rainforest, mountain peaks, a volcano, and dark sand beaches. The southern areas are much drier and flatter with magnificent white sand beaches.

Day 3 - January 16 - Gustavia, St. Barts

St. Barts—also known as St-Barth, St. Barths, and Saint Barthélemy—is a French-speaking Caribbean island known for its luxe vibe and flawless beaches. Popular among the jet set, St. Barts is home to many high-end restaurants, designer stores, and yachts, but not much land or people.

With no direct flights from the U.S., this little piece of paradise in the French West Indies isn't super easy to reach, but that's part of its allure. Many visitors arrive by private plane or yacht, and those who go the commercial route know the treasure awaiting them at the end is worth the multi-step journey.

We will have a front-row seat when we arrive on the beautiful island aboard the beautiful Oceania Insignia.

Day 4 - January 17 - Phillipsburg, St. Maarten

Known as the smallest landmass, which consists of two nations and is home to the "Friendly People,” St. Maarten invites you to experience the true magic of the island. Find a tropical paradise with pristine beaches and sunny clear skies, as diverse as any cosmopolitan city yet as welcoming and familiar as your hometown.

St Maarten is where laid-back island energy transforms into vibrant rhythms and finger-licking dining and where European Culture effortlessly blends with Caribbean Flair.

Half the island is French, and half is Dutch. With one of our favorite clothing-optional beaches (Club Orient) and Maho Beach, airplanes fly right over bathers' heads right before touching down; this is a unique and perfect place to stop in for a day.

Day 5 - January 18 - Castries, St. Lucia

Equal parts beauty and mystique, Saint Lucia, captivates anyone who sets foot on her coastline. Always evocative, she welcomes visitors with her soothing waves, warm beaches, and hospitable people. The only sovereign nation to be named for a woman, the island personifies adventure and inspiration. Her visitors invariably find themselves reluctant to leave and eager to return.

St Lucia may only be a small island – 43 kilometers long and a maximum of 23 kilometers wide – but its landscape is incredibly varied. There are breathtaking mountains, lush rainforests, volcanic sand beaches, and colorful coral reefs!

Saint Lucia's diverse history means it is a melting pot of various cultures. Carib culture still has a strong influence on the island, even though it is mixed with African cultures brought over during colonial times. English, French, and Dutch elements also blend with the others on the island, making Saint Lucia's culture unique to those who visit.

Day 6 - January 19 - Day at Sea

While there are so many amazing Caribbean islands to visit on this itinerary, we will be looking forward to the one sea day (we always do).

Whether you want to lay by the pool or head to the Spa, the Oceania Insignia has many options for you to enjoy while sailing in these beautiful, warm waters. This is the perfect day to rest and relax, catch the sunset while sailing and then the show that night.

This is also a great time to take a sexy class, check out the playrooms, flirt, and get to know other couples on the cruise. We love that the sea day is on day 6. This is exactly when we like to recuperate from five days at sea, and it allows us to rest up for St. Vincent.

Or, party hard and sleep in the next day. You are on vacation and you are sailing with a bunch of sexy couples, so why not rest when you get home?

Day 7 - January 20 - Kingstown, St. Vincent

St. Vincent & The Grenadines is known for more than just its stunning natural beauty. It is also renowned for its many cultural attractions, unique black sand beaches, luxury all-inclusive resorts, and beautiful islands. This destination is made up of 32 small islands and cays, including Saint Vincent which is the largest.

St. Vincent can best be described as a postcard-perfect and authentic island. This island has strong influences from West Africa, Europe, and other Caribbean nations like Jamaica. Vibrant and ideal for any vacation, this territory, known as the “jewels of the Caribbean,” has much to offer.

St. Vincent is one of many islands in the Caribbean that are volcanic in nature. In St. Vincent, the striking volcanic landscapes will certainly be something to be appreciated, particularly if you're a nature buff.

Day 8 - January 21 - Bridgetown, Barbados

We’ll head back to Barbados, where you can extend your stay, visit another amazing destination (like Trinidad or Tobago), or simply return home. Either way, you will be flying home with memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

When back in Barbados, you can tour plantations, go snorkeling, check out the green monkeys, or try some of the local delicacies, like flying fish with local (yellow) hot sauce. Other culinary highlights that will make your trip to Barbados even more delicious are fish cakes, plantains, roti (flatbread stuffed with seasoned meat), black cake (delicious, rum-infused fruit cake), and macaroni pie, the Bajan equivalent to macaroni and cheese.

This is a great port to start and end your journey because Barbados is truly a gem in the Caribbean.
